Bunratty Folk Park is worth a visit no matter how long you are in Ireland. The cottages depict what life was like over the years in the countryside. The small village offers various items for sale including thrown pottery at O’Neils shop. The castle is well worth the trip with a guide frequently available with details of the banquet and great halls. A trip to the top is worth the climb..

At Ireland’s premier visitor attraction you are invited to explore three wonderful experiences – the acclaimed 15th century Bunratty Castle, the 19th century Bunratty Folk Park and the Village Street.

The Cliffs of Moher should be the 8th wonder of the world, visited the cliffs recently on a very windy day, spectacular. Unspoiled views of the sheer cliff face as the giant Atlantic waves crashes against the cliffs. Just Breathe taking..

The route of the Burren region is internationally famous for its landscape and flora. Leamanagh Castle is a much photographed and distinctive structure in the south of The Burren region. The name Poulnabrone literally means ‘the hole of the sorrows’ and it is one of the most famous Irish dolmens on through the small harbour village of Ballyvaughan. The Cliffs of Moher are one of Ireland’s top natural Visitor attractions with almost one million visitors every year. The Cliffs are 320 million years old, and tell the story of the Earth through geological time.

The Famine Memorial at Ennistymon and Ennis

The Famine Memorial was the first monument in all of Ireland dedicated to honour the famine victims of the mid-1800′s and specifically to remember the children who were lost during that time.
